• Shower (no tub)

Kitchen:

• Newly renovated in 2005

• 4 Golf Courses within a 1/2 hour drive
• 15 minute drive to Bancroft - Dairy Queen, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire, liquor and beer stores
• 1 hour to Algonquin Park
• Beautiful public beach at the east end of the lake

Boathouse:

• Deck on top for sunning or dining
• Inside is a party room with a fridge
• Great place for cards or reading
• Great view over the water

• No operating of the wood stove
• No jumping from decks or the boathouse
• No flipping of the swimming raft
• No smoking
• No pets
• No loud music after 10:00 p.m.

• No washing of vehicles or use of the waterhose
• Use a calling card for long distance calls
• No ordering movies through Star Choice

Hospital

• Bancroft Hospital is 15 minutes away by car. Doctors are always on duty
