Use this map and the directions below to get to your premiere vacation destination "How's" Life at the Lake

From Toronto & Peterborough....

• Take Hwy 401 east towards Kingston until you reach the exit for Hwy 115, where you turn north toward Peterborough.
• In order to bypass Peterborough, follow signs for Hwy 7 East to Ottawa and drive to the traffic lights at the intersection with Hwy 134.
• Turn left (north) on Hwy 134 and travel until it ends at Hwy 29 (formerly Hwy 28).
• Turn right and proceed on Hwy 29.
• After passing the town of Apsley (45 min), proceed another 10-15 min until you see the sign for Dyno Rd. (also called Hwy 648).
• Turn left onto Dyno Rd., and when the road ends, turn right onto Hwy 118 (Formerly Hwy 121).
• After 2km, you will see a yellow flashing light where you turn left.
• Continuing on Hwy 648, go 10km into the village of Highland Grove.
• Turn right at the Highland Grove General Store on to Diamond Lake Rd.
• Go 3.25km on Diamond Lake Rd. and turn right on Russell Cres.
• Continue approx 200 ft on Russell Cres. until you get to 93a.
• The white cottage on the left is the How's Cottage.
